At this event you can learn more about our program and how you can get involved. IWS Virtual Open House for Faculty Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 12:30 PM Via Zoom Enjoy a conversation hosted by IWS Director, Dr. Juanita Johnson-Bailey, who will be joined by Dr. Patricia Richards, Professor of Sociology and Women's Studies and graduate coordinator for Women's Studies; Dr. Cecilia Herles, Assistant Director and undergraduate advisor for Women's Studies; and Terri Hatfield, Program and Public Relations Coordinator for Women's Studies. During this open house, we'll discuss our fabulous program: what it means to be an affiliate faculty member for IWS; what courses we offer students and how classes you teach can be approved for the Women's Studies major and minor; our graduate certificate for Master's and PhD students across campus; and what opportunities are available through IWS to present your feminist research or get involved on IWS committees and other events.
