Documentary photographer Lee Karen Stow will talk about her "Poppies" project, which records the personal narratives of women of war, conflict and genocide with a botanical series of the red ‘Flanders Fields’ poppy. A reception will follow. The talk is co-sponsored by the Willson Center for Humanities and Arts, the Lucy Hargrett Draper Center and Archives for the Study of the Rights of Women in History and Law, and the UGA Institute for Women's Studies.
